Included support time covers content changes, new pages, small fixes and anything else that needs doing to the site. Unused time does not roll over, but if a job is going to need more than you have left, we will tell you before starting rather than quietly running over.
These are starting prices, and they are honest ones. Most sites sit at the figures shown. Extra pages, unusual integrations, heavy traffic or a large product catalogue cost more to build and more to run properly, and we will tell you exactly what yours will be before you commit, not after.
No long-term contract. Rolling monthly, 30 days' notice, and your domain always stays registered in your own name. Response times are during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Already have a WordPress site that needs looking after? That is a different thing, covered on our website care page.
Online shops
A proper shop, not a catalogue with a phone number
The Commerce build gives you a real online shop. Customers pay on your site, you get the order, and the money lands in your account. It also handles bookings, which for a lot of Devon businesses turns out to be the more useful half.
Selling online
Up to 100 products with 8 variants each, so sizes, colours and options are all covered. Card payments taken securely at checkout through Stripe or PayPal.

Some platforms take a percentage of every sale on top of what you already pay them each month. Ours does not. Your payment provider still charges their processing fee, as they do everywhere, but nothing extra comes off the top from the platform or from us.
Bigger catalogue, digital downloads or subscriptions? Stores running into the thousands of products, selling downloads, taking subscription payments, or needing automatic tax and shipping calculations all sit on a higher plan. It costs a little more each month, and we will quote it properly rather than letting you find the ceiling six months in.

A new website from MidDevon Digital starts at £495 plus VAT for a single-page Essentials site, £1,495 plus VAT for a full multi-page Professional site, and £1,995 plus VAT for an e-commerce build. Every site is custom-designed with no templates. The final price depends on the number of pages, content volume and any integrations you need, and we send a clear, itemised quote within 24 hours.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most Professional websites take two to four weeks from kick-off to launch, depending on how quickly content and feedback come back. Single-page Essentials sites are often quicker. We agree a realistic timeline before we start and keep you updated as we go, so you always know where things stand.
Do you work on websites built by someone else?
Yes. MidDevon Digital regularly works on sites built with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Duda and most other platforms. Whether you need a full rebuild or just some updates and fixes, get in touch and Peter will tell you honestly what makes sense, even if that turns out to be leaving your current site as it is.
