Meet the Team

We're a small, family-run business based in Cullompton, working with Devon businesses to build websites, mobile apps and digital tools that actually do the job.

Peter steers each project, Mindy keeps everything organised and runs our social channels, and Coco the dog keeps morale up and reminds us all to take breaks. That's the whole team. When you ring us, one of us answers. When you have a question, one of us replies. When something needs fixing, the same person who built it sorts it out.

Peter's interest in computers started with a ZX Spectrum, a few stubborn BASIC programs and a lot of patience. He spent years building websites as a hobby before founding MidDevon Digital in 2025 to do it properly. He handles the design, the development, and the conversations with clients. If you call the office, you'll most likely get Peter.

Mindy Teal

Social media and operations

Mindy keeps MidDevon Digital running. She handles social channels, customer onboarding, scheduling and the hundred small things that make a small business actually work. Outside the office, she's a fan of Finnish rock bands, long country walks with Coco, and re-watching The Big Bang Theory more times than she'd care to admit.

Coco is a nine-year-old Romanian rescue, mixed breed, and the calmest member of the team. She turns up every day, naps strategically, and reminds the humans that nothing is ever quite as urgent as it feels. The unofficial chief of morale.

We tell you what we'd actually do

If a cheaper option would serve you better, we'll say so. If an idea won't work, we'll explain why. We'd rather have an honest conversation now than an awkward one in three months.

We stick around after launch

Plenty of people will build you a website or an app. Fewer will still be answering the phone when something needs changing in 18 months. We'll be one of the ones who is.
