Good to know

  • Can you look after a website you did not build?

     Yes. Whoever built it and whatever state it is in, we can usually take it on. We start with an onboarding review from £150 to get a proper look at how the site is put together, sort anything urgent, and set a clean starting point. You do not need to know the technical details. That is what we are here for.

  • How much does a website care plan cost?

    Plans start at £49 per month for our Essential plan, which covers security monitoring, backups, uptime checks and small text or image tweaks. The Active plan at £149 per month adds a pot of change time and priority response. The Growth plan at £349 per month includes SEO monitoring, more change time and a quarterly review call. All plans are rolling monthly with no long-term contract.

  • Which website platforms do you support?

    We support WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Duda, Shopify, Webflow, GoDaddy and most other common platforms. On Squarespace, Wix and Duda the platform handles core hosting and security, so your plan focuses on content, changes and SEO. On WordPress we can take care of the lot, including managed hosting if you want it.

  • What if I do not know what state my site is in?

    That is completely normal and exactly what the onboarding review is for. You do not need to work any of it out yourself. We look at the site, tell you what we find in plain English, and agree on where to go from there.

  • What happens if my site breaks outside the plan?

    We can help on an ad-hoc basis, charged separately. Out-of-hours support is available for genuine emergencies. We would rather be upfront about this than surprise you with extra charges later.

  • Which areas of Devon do you cover?

    We are based in Cullompton and work with businesses across Devon, including Tiverton, Exeter, Plymouth, Torquay, Barnstaple and everywhere in between. We also provide remote support for businesses anywhere in the UK, so location is rarely a problem.
